NB. It is important that all Educators and Facilitators ensure that they have all the Medical Aid Details of their participants to save time in case of an emergency.

All Officers are certified to administer First Aid and carry fully equipped First Aid Kits with them at all times

All venues are in close proximity to medical clinics and are easily accessible for an airlift procedure if necessary.

Note

Should special medication be necessary this must be noted on the Participant’s Indemnity Form and brought to the attention of the Educators and Educational Officers.

Medication is not permitted to be left with under-aged participants, but will be held by accompanying Educators or Educational Officers. (This is to prevent participants from medicating each other without the knowledge of the Officers and Educators.)
